The new album from Stuart Robertson entitled “World Figured Out” will be released via Prime Sound on Monday 14th May 2007.

From the breezy melodies of “Change My Battery” and “Big Plan” to the deep emotion of “Green Bay” and “Harder To Fight” this album tells a story of the happiness, pain and endless learning of life and underlines Stuart Robertson’s status as one of music’s most accomplished songwriters and lyricists.

The culmination of 2 years writing and recording in the USA and United Kingdom, The Furthest Shelter is a beautifully crafted album ranging from breezy jazz numbers to piano instrumentals and underlines Stuart Robertson as one of the finest new songwriters in his genre.

Opening perfectly with the cool, clever and subtly melancholic Uniforms each of the album’s 11 tracks effortlessly switches tone and mood whilst maintaining a light, laid back theme throughout. With smooth vocals, unique instrumentation (the chirpy melodica in Yakutsk is inspired) and slick arrangements, the album consistently captures Stuart’s excellent piano work along with wonderful cello and string arrangements in Reveal, Porcupine and the title track.
